Terms of service

The service

• You subscribe to a monthly plan with a quota of pieces and articles, all with the full cycle: research, creation, art direction, publishing and measurement. Never hours.
• The 7 days of onboarding (brand reading, visual DNA, playbook and network connections) are included in every plan, with no separate fee.
• Blog articles are published on your blog or hosted by unseen, on your domain once you point the DNS. The content is yours and exports as HTML whenever you ask.
• Coupons sent in the DM are created in your store through an integration you designate; the percentage, validity and honoring of the discount are yours.
• Every piece goes through the art director with a minimum score of 8/10; what doesn't reach it is redone or discarded before it gets to you.
• Don't like a piece? Write the change and a new version is produced at no extra cost, within the month's scope.
• You choose the degree of control: copilot (you approve each piece before it goes out) or autopilot (the team publishes on its own on the agreed grid).

Your responsibilities

• Providing the brand assets (logo, photos, catalog) with the necessary usage rights — you declare you are authorized to use the material you send.
• Keeping the social network accounts connected and in compliance with the platforms' own rules.
• Keeping contact and billing details up to date.

Ownership

Everything we produce for your brand is yours: pieces, visual DNA and the rules learned from your performance. At termination, you take the complete archive.

Payment and cancellation

• Monthly contract, no lock-in. Price according to the plan subscribed. When the month's quota is reached, unseen lets you know; additional production only through a plan upgrade or a package agreed in writing, never through automatic overage charges.
• Cancellation at any time, effective at the end of the current monthly cycle; pieces already produced in the cycle are delivered as usual.

Limits and liability

• Reach and conversion targets are working goals, not guarantees — social networks have variation nobody fully controls.
• We depend on the connected platforms (Instagram and others): their instabilities or rule changes can affect publications, and in those cases we replan at no cost.
• unseen does not publish misleading or illegal content, or content that violates third-party rights — and may refuse material in those conditions.
